Is there a guarantee on your prints?

We stand by our quality! If your print arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What is the quality of your prints?

Ultra Premium Luster Photo Paper has a mixture of a gloss and matte finish, giving you a highly saturated look and maximum ink coverage. Because of its saturation and resistance to fingerprints, luster paper is a perfect choice for quality photographic prints. Each poster is printed with multicolour, water-based inkjet printing technique that gives you the best possible outcome. 10 mil (0.25 mm) thick Paper weight: 260 g/m² Slightly glossy Fingerprint resistant Paper sourced from Japan
Do you offer framing options?

No sorry, I am just starting out and if there is enough interest I might add to the ideas in the future.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Processing time typically takes 3-5 business days, followed by shipping. Delivery times depend on your location and I only have standard shipping at the moment.
What is your return policy?

We want you to love your print! If your print arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days days for a full refund or replacement, provided it’s in original condition. Also for any delays in transit we need a claim submitted no later than 30 days.
What are the measurements?

The photographs are all measured in inches.
Can I customise my print?

Yes! You can choose from different images and sizes. If you have a specific request, feel free to contact me for custom options.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options for your convenience.
How do I choose the right size for my print?

Consider the space where you plan to display the print, I have been known to use a ruler and check with something of a similar size to check the placement.
How should I care for my prints?

To keep your prints looking their best, avoid direct sunlight, dust regularly, and clean with a soft, dry cloth. Specific care instructions may vary by print type.
What types of prints do you offer?

At the moment I am only offering. Poster prints for my shop. I wanted to keep it simple and found a thick poster paper with a slight sheen to it to create the best look for what I create. Each poster is printed with multi-color, water-based inkjet printing technique that gives you the best possible outcome.
